Shambala Instant is a movement and music performance created during the travel in Nepal, significant trek towards Mardi Himal peak and spiraling behind him Machhapuchhre - sacred mountain of HIMALAYAS.
Professor plays the role of imaginary companion on the journey. He appears - the companion - in the meditation with the mountains. This day professor asks WHO ARE YOU? WHERE ARE YOU?
Day flows between circle and triangle. Momentum becomes the moment of point!

Born in the circle of life is looking for definition of itself.
Emptiness is the space for creation.
Ego whispers plots for the mind.
Point is the beginning and the end of now.
Simplicity is the essence of university.

Performance ruchu i muzyki, Shambala Instant powstał podczas podróży do Nepalu, znaczącego szlaku w kierunku szczytu Mardi Himal oraz wirującego spiralnie za nim Machhapuchhre - sekretnej góry HIMALAJI.
Profesor odgrywa rolę wyimaginowangeo kompana w drodze. Pojawia się - kompan - podczas medytacji gór. Tego dnia pyta KIM JESTEŚ? GDZIE JESTEŚ?
Dzień swobodnie przepływa pomiędzy kołem, a trójkątem. Moment staję się pędem punktów.

PONADKOLEM // performance installation

Konrad Szymański is inviting his audience to experience his journey to Nordkapp, a trip he accomplished by bike in 50 days. Through video documentations, photography, sound, movement and text Konrad is finding his unique way of telling a story of one man alone on the road. In Ponadkolem Konrad is dealing with issues of identity in the context of nature. He is exploring the tension between living the moment, decision making and facing the consequences. His documentation material includes video recordings of coincidental improvisation street acts in northern landscapes. Konrad is inviting drummer Wieland Moeller for the creation of this performance. The two are collaborating since 2006 in creating movement and sound instant compositions.

ATOS is an international contemporary jazz trio based in Rotterdam since 2003. The group is formed by: Portuguese bass player Gonçalo Almeida, Argentinean guitar player Lucas Acuña and the energetic German drummer player Wieland Moeller. Their different backgrounds of different landscapes, is what makes ATOS performances original, lyrical, atmospheric and grounded.

Goście obejrzą spektakl performatywnego teatru tańca przygotowany podczas projektu, porozmawiają z artystami i realizatorami o celowości i rezultacie pracy, obejrzą wystawę fotografii teatru tańca 'Akademia Tańca w Obiektywie - Rotterdam'.

Performance ZLUDZENI to efekt pracy grupy tancerzy ze szkół artystycznych w Łodzi o specjalności tancerz (Marta Kaczmarzyk, Martyna Kantor, Arleta Sochacka, Mateusz Pietrzak) oraz Dorota Nowicka (absolwentka asp), kierowanych choreograficznie przez Konrada Szymańskiego (absolwent Akademii Tańca w Rotterdamie). Oprawę muzyczną przygotowuje Suava Lewy.

Wspólnie podjęli się próbie stworzenia spektaklu o momencie i uczuciu złudzenia. Przez tydzień czasu podczas prób w Teatrze Szwalnia powstaje performance, który wykorzystuje improwizację do tworzenia kompozycji.

Czy uda im się stworzyć pole zniekształcania rzeczywistości?
Czy dotkną momentum złudzenia?

W projekcie bierze udział również Kasia Pałcik, która współpracuje przy tworzeniu kostiumów. Część scenografii stanowić będzie praca malarstwa Piotra Króla, która powstała podczas performance Meeting Point w Galerii Manhattan (2011).

Po spektaklu zapraszamy na spotkanie z realizatorami projektu.

Improvisation performance and workshops with musician Wieland Möller (Germany) and dancer/performer Konrad Szymański (Poland).

They would like to invite to Tacheles Arthouse in Berlin for two performances, which will happen in the space, together with Art Festival. Duet Möller / Szymański creates unusual performance of sound and movement. Working together they perform in spaces of different use, composing with the sounds of percussion, electronics and movement or dance. In the theatre of improvised performance they make composition on the moment integrating with the surrounding. Free admission.

On Saturday 28.04 you are invited to join workshops with duet Möller/Szymanski. They would like to share their experience how they use improvisation in performance composition of sound and movement. They will source from their own creative process in creating music and dance. Workshops are focused also on body and space awareness, creativity and authentic movement.

Workshops are for all looking for enjoyment and development.
